What’s the point of the Nespresso smart app?
The new nespresso smart app is made to enhance the connectivity features of your vertuo machine, this app offers assistance, maintenance tutorials, and tools to help you get the most out of your machine. If you double tap the brew button on your nespresso machine, it gives you a ristretto on espresso sizes, double espresso on mug sizes and single espresso on all other sizes.Only the Nespresso VertuoLine machines can make regular coffee along with 4 other drinks, espresso being one of them. The OriginalLine machines can only do espresso and Lungo. The VertuoLine machines use a different pod than the OriginalLine machines.With the Nespresso Vertuo on, and after the green light stops blinking, click the brew button three times slowly, and it will light up orange signaling it’s the descaling mode. The Vertuo will shortly begin brewing hot water. It will stop after about 10oz (or a regular sized full brew).

What does the Nespresso Wi-Fi do?
The connectivity feature connects your machine and mobile device(s) via Bluetooth or wifi for you to use various features of the official Nespresso app. You can enjoy the coffee moments offered by Nespresso at all times at the optimal state through an automatic firmware update. Make sure your phone software is up-to-date and your Nespresso App is the most recent version. Make sure Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Location Services are all turned on. Place your smart device directly on top of the machine with no obstructions. Launch the Nespresso App, and attempt pairing again.
How does the Nespresso subscription work?
The subscription plan is based on the customer’s coffee consumption, but the subscription entitles the customer to purchase Nespresso products in the following categories: Nespresso coffee capsules, Nespresso accessories and/or Nespresso espresso machines for the amount paid by the customer using the Credit. With a Subscription Plan each month you’ll receive a fixed amount of Nespresso credit that you can use to purchase coffee, accessories, etc. With Recurring Order you’re setting up automatic shipment delivered to your doorstep on the frequency you decide.
