Do Starbucks employees get free drinks?
In-store beverages and food when you work: Store partners working in company-owned Starbucks stores may consume any handcrafted beverage free of charge while on break during a scheduled shift and half an hour before and after your scheduled shift. The 12 hour minimum is a minimum requirement a partner has to work a week for them to continue to be employed by Starbucks but if you can’t meet it one week because you’re sick or have time off it’s not a big deal and there won’t be any repercussions. It’s more of a standard than a rule.
