Why did Magnate Cafe change its name?

Originally known as MAGNATE, the café has been rebranded to ZMILLENNIL. The name change comes in response to an unrelated company that registered the ‘Magnate’ trademark and began selling products under that name. He rebranded the cafe to ZMILLENNIL. This could be why it says Magnate is closed permanently. Due to the re-branding. As far as I am aware the new name is still operating.
