Why are we protesting Starbucks 2025?

It’s part of a national strike by Starbucks Workers United for better pay and working conditions. Workers are looking for a collective bargaining agreement. Starbucks Workers United counter-sued Starbucks, alleging that the company had defamed it by implying that it supports terrorism. A consumer boycott ensued. The company reportedly lost $11 billion in market value partially as a result of the boycotts from November to December 2023.
