Liverpool Partners acquires specialty coffee company, Padre Coffee, into its portfolio. Padre Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster, wholesaler and retailer, with bases in Melbourne and Noosa, has announced it will be acquired by Private equity firm, Liverpool Partners. As one of Melbourne’s first-ever specialty coffee roasters, Padre Coffee soon expanded beyond Melbourne into Noosa — where its Founder, Marinus Jansen, operates as the Director of Padre Coffee’s Noosa location.
