The area is lined with colorful restored warehouses that house a variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs.

Lonsdale Quay Market is owned and operated by Quay North Urban Development. Quay North Urban is a property development company with over 40 years’ experience in the real estate industry, specializing in placemaking, and destination properties and adventures. It’s still a cute place to visit; the Seabus is a fun ride and the view of the city skyline from the Quay is great. It’s definitely worth exploring further into Lonsdale/North Van. The Lonsdale Quay Market is a fun place to go to to spend a couple hours. I think of the Lonsdale Quay Market as a mini Granville Island.
