Longtime Seattle-area wholesale roasting company Dillanos Coffee Roasters (DCR) recently acquired the West Coast business of Olympia, Washington-based Dancing Goats Coffee from previous owner Kaldi’s Coffee. It later became Dancing Goats, and then late last year the West Coast assets of the coffee business were acquired by Sumner-based Dillanos Coffee Roasters. Dillanos did not need the building because they already have an established roastery, company officials previously told The Olympian.The Dancing Goats Coffee roastery, which is near the Olympia Farmers Market on Port of Olympia property, will eventually close because its operations will be consolidated with Dillanos in Sumner.
