The Sage/Breville Barista Touch has a “thermojet” boiler. The Sage Barista Pro is better than the Barista Express for speed and precision. The Pro uses a ThermoJet heating system that heats in 3 seconds, includes an LCD for monitoring, and offers volumetric shot control with more grind settings.
