What is coffee royale?
Grand marnier or cointreau 1 oz (30 ml) coffee liqueur 1 oz (30 ml) baileys irish cream hot coffee, to top cold foam or whipped cream, for garnish in a cocktail glass, add all of the ingredients and garnish with cold foam or whipped cream and serve immediately. In a coffee mug, disslove sugar in a small amount of hot coffee. Add brandy or bourbon. Fill with hot coffee. Stir, and top with whipped cream.
