Turn the machine off at the socket, then with the lid closed press (no pod inserted) and hold the coffee button while turning the socket on. The machine should turn on in rinse mode (button flashing orange) and will pass water through. It should only be a small portion of the tank. Light blinks and machine is not running. Check that a fresh capsule is inserted in correct position, that the handle is properly locked and push the button to start. Fill the water tank and push button to start.
