How much coffee for a crowd?
Even at events that are in the morning, with cooler weather, or with breakfast-oriented food, we still recommend providing coffee for 75% of your guests. So if you’re expecting 100 guests, you should provide coffee for 75 of them. As long as you’re buying more than one coffee, stay as long as you like. Don’t just buy one and sit there for hours. Also, don’t sit at a table set up for more than 2 people if you’re alone and plan on staying a while.
