Koraput Arabica is a blend developed by Kruti Coffee that combines washed coffee from Kindiriguda and another farm under our panel in Koraput. This signature blend of ours is a tribute to the region Koraput that produces some amazing coffees. Koraput District boasts of the highest coffee cultivation in Odisha. Known for its indigenous Arabica variety, Koraput stands tall as the coffee haven of the state. Thanks to its ideal agro-climatic conditions, coffee cultivation has become a viable option for farmers.
What is special about Koraput coffee?
This natural, anaerobically pumpkin fermented koraput coffee is reminiscent of a juicy bouquet of fruity, raisins with hints of spices and chocolates. The tantalizing sweet aroma of the coffee is all things caramelized coated with warm melted butter. Kopi luwak, also known as civet coffee, is a coffee that consists of partially digested coffee cherries, which have been eaten and defecated by the asian palm civet (paradoxurus hermaphroditus).
