Does Higher Grounds coffee roast their own?
Higher Grounds is a micro-roaster located in Mesa and Apache Junction, Arizona. At our two family owned and operated locations we roast coffee on demand in 5 to 10 pound batches. All of our beans are Fair-Trade. Higher Ground was born through the combination of a desire to produce the highest quality coffee and the hope of improving the act of doing business in today’s world. We purchase and roast exclusively 100% Certified Organic, Fair Trade, and Shade Grown Coffee.
What roast level is Starbucks coffee?
Our coffees are classified by three roast profiles: Starbucks® Blonde Roast, Medium Roast and Dark Roast. Once you find the ones that fit your palate best, you can explore even more flavors and characteristics to love within the spectrum. Starbucks places immense importance on sourcing the finest beans from regions renowned for their quality, ensuring that each blend offers a distinct and memorable taste profile. The roasting process is carefully monitored to bring out the optimal flavors while maintaining the freshness of the beans.
