Did Emma get her liver transplant?
In December 2016, Emma was diagnosed with liver cancer and told that she would need a transplant. She was placed on the transplant list at the start of 2017 and had her transplant 2 months later, and for the next few years things went well but in 2022 she was told that she needed another transplant. Emma was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis in 2015 – initially she was given medication, until she was transferred to Kings a specialist liver centre where she was told that actually things were more serious than expected.
