Can I use reusable K cups in Keurig?

Why is my reusable K-cup overflowing?
A: In the top part of the machine there is a sharp pointed tang that punctures the top of the K Kup. There is s sealing ring around it. If it does not seal it will cause hot water to bypass the Kup and overflow. Just pull it off and clean it and don’t put it all the way up the tang. WHICH COFFEE BEANS SHOULD I USE FOR THE REUSABLE K-CUP? To get the best experience, you should use a dark roast or a medium-dark roast. If you use a lighter roast, it will brew weak coffee (under-extracted).
