This means that, unfortunately, it is not possible to produce them—at least for now.The only thing to note is that most of these pods will only work for the Nespresso Original line of coffee machines, like the Nespresso Essenza Mini. As we mentioned earlier, the barcode reader in Vertuo machines won’t let you brew these pods.The barcoded nature of the capsules means that you are limited regarding choice. The patented capsules exclude the possibility of trying coffee pods from brands other than Nespresso.
