What is the secret to smooth cowboy coffee?
Pour a bit of cold water down the pot, the grounds will settle with the cold water, and you’ll sip smooth coffee. No more grit in your cup! After two minutes of boiling, uncovered, remove the mixture from heat. Grinds should sink to the bottom. Let the mixture continue to brew for approximately three minutes. Pour the coffee into a cup.
