Does Kahlúa contain milk?
Kahlua is not vegan, but there are some dairy-free options available if you want a version of Kahlua with no animal products. However, the original version of Kahlua does not contain milk so it is vegan-friendly. We do not add animal derivatives into our products, however, one of our sugar suppliers uses a process that is not considered vegan-friendly. While this is a common practise in the sugar industry, it unfortunately also means we are unable to call Kahlúa suitable for a vegan or vegetarian diet.However, what you may not know is that it can be made with dairy or without dairy. Kahlua manufactures the original version of the drink which does not contain milk products, but there are also dairy versions available for those who consume animal byproducts.
