This is the perfect marriage of instant coffee mixed with finely ground roasted beans. At a reasonable price point, Nescafé Azera is our go to choice whenever we are shopping for instant coffee. We often take this on holiday with us too, as the smooth taste beats hotel coffee sachets anyday! The Azera from Nestlé turned out to be my favorite out of all the 10 types that I tested. In a blind taste it performed better and more “realistic” compared to the other coffees on the table. It’s a medium-dark roast with a nice balance, body and sweetness.
