Can you return Nespresso pods for money?
Unopened coffee sleeves can be returned up to 30 days after receipt from purchase or delivery. We’re sorry, but individual capsules and opened coffee sleeves are not eligible for returns. Call Nespresso Club Services at 1-800-562-1465 to initiate a return. How does it work? Once we receive your returned capsules, Nespresso will reimburse you within a maximum of 14 days of receipt. The refund can only be made back to the original card used to pay for the order, or as a credit on your Nespresso account, to be used against future orders.Every customer with Ambassador status, is entitled to the gift from the month of their Nespresso birthday. Can be removed when ordering capsules within 12 months after this date. Are Nespresso pods refundable?

Through the Buy Back programme, Nespresso offers its customers the opportunity to purchase a new machine with a 20% discount off the purchase price. The condition is that the owner agrees to return the machine by filling in a form.Can I trade my old machine in for a new one, for free? Unfortunately, not. You can bring back your machine to us so we can refurbish or repair it. You will then receive a voucher to enjoy a new coffee experience.

What’s the point of recycling Nespresso pods?
Nespresso capsules are recyclable through our recycling program. Coffee grounds go back to the earth as rich compost or used in anaerobic digestion (Biomethanization) to produce renewable energy. The aluminum from recycled Nespresso capsules is given a second life and transformed into various objects. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR CAPSULES? When your Espresso capsules arrive at the recycling facility, the aluminum will be separated from the coffee grounds. The aluminum is recycled and the coffee grounds converted to high quality soil.In the case of coffee pods, the amount of aluminum that could potentially leach into the coffee during brewing is minimal. Non-plastic coffee pods are often lined with a food-grade coating, which prevents direct contact between the coffee grounds and the aluminum itself.
