Is Gevalia a good coffee brand?
In my view Gevalia Espresso Roast is absolutely the best tasting dark roast coffee sold at Walmart. It’s darker and has finer ground and more full-bodied flavor than most American dark roast coffee brands. If you don’t like very dark coffee, then you’re not going to like this coffee. Ask anyone who’s tasted gourmet coffee, and they’ll likely mention the flavor. While standard coffees can taste flat or overly bitter, gourmet options offer complexity. You might detect hints of dark chocolate, dried fruit, toasted nuts, or even floral undertones.I would say that the flavor notes are fruity and nutty. Gevalia Traditional is the best tasting coffee! It just has a nice clean coffee flavor… not burnt, not nasty, just a nice clean tasting coffee.
