Is Normcore tamper good?

You can choose between ordinary with light tampers or those from the heavy group, which are a little heavier, but work with them much better. Heavy tampers because they help us to develop the correct weight with which the sediment in the lever should be compressed.

Too much tamping pressure can result in a bitter cup and too little pressure can result in a watery shot. Use a twisting motion as you pull up to “polish” the puck. Just be sure not to twist as you push down, which will disturb the packed coffee.
