There are four main floors where you can find food at Changi Airport T3. These are: Basement 2 – food court along with casual eateries and restaurants. Level 1 Arrival Hall – McDonald’s and handful of eateries. Changi Airport T3 Level 1 Food at the Arrival Hall Level 1 is where you will be able to find McDonald’s. What is less well known is that opposite from McDonald’s, is the Natureland Cafe, a spa with a bar where you can get a beer or glass of wine.
