If we don’t work that amount, they will force us to use sick time or accrued vacation days to get to the 12 hour minimum. If we don’t work at least 12 hours in a week for any reason, we’ll get written up.All partners are eligible to accrue sick time. You accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 25† hours worked, and you can use it as soon as it’s accrued.
