Order Ahead allows you to save time by placing a mobile order through the Dutch Bros™ app! Once you’ve submitted your order, simply swing by the shop to pick up your order. Just download the Dutch Bros™ app to receive a free drink reward for your birthday. If you don’t have the app, let your broista know! Then, ask the barista to combine your Dutch Bros secret menu ingredients into a unique and delicious drink.
How long will at home hold my pickup order?
You have 4 days to pick up your order once you receive the “Ready for Pickup” e-mail. Your order will be canceled after 4 days from the day your order is confirmed. We’ll send you an email / SMS when your parcel is ready to collect. You’ll then have 10 days from the day the parcel reaches the store to collect it. If the order isn’t collected we’ll return it to our warehouse for a refund.

When you use Click & Collect to buy online, your goods are paid for before you arrive, so all you need to do is collect and go. Your Click & Collect order will be ready to collect within 2 business hours. Within 2 hours of placing your order you will receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection.
